To help our customers meet the new requirements for FAS123r and option expensing, we offer a set of models that streamline valuation and provide a solid and affordable solution. The two most widely used models are currently supported: Black-Scholes and Binomial Lattice. We also provide the Volatility Tool to compute the volatility input for the stock option valuation models and the Forfeiture & Expected Life Tool to compute the forfeiture rate and expected life using historical stock option data.

We also offer a Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Tool. Originally designed for our own consulting clients, this template based system helps automate testing and evaluation of controls. For example, we provide the FAS142 Goodwill Impairment Analysis Tool to help companies meet SFAS142. And we provide the FAS91 Effective Interest Model in two flavors (for fixed interest rate loans and variable interest rate loans) to compute the level yields.
