While our software tools are extremely user-friendly, some clients would prefer our professional expertise to manage the project. We offer a set of services which includes licenses for our four most popular stock option tools, plus expert consultation. Working with you and your staff, we will recommend assumptions (such as volatility, expected life, forfeiture, risk free rate of return) based on your historical information, compute valuation of new grants using the assumptions you have approved and then compute compensation expense on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Finally, we will prepare your footnote disclosures and the related reports for support and delivery to your auditors.

We can perform this work on a one-time or an ongoing basis, with quarterly or annual updates. As we provide you with our working copies at the end of each period, you will be able to “take over” the project whenever you like.

* Up to 20 hours for initial setup, up to 15 hours per annual update and up to 10 hours per quarterly update. Additional assistance available as needed at a rate of $160 per hour.
